Jones Capital Group offers  property management services for investment properties that we have a vested interest.  We will negotiate the absolute best contracts with property management companies, that will ultimately help your bottom line.  Ten percent management fees are not the "holy grail".  All fees can be negotiated and lowered to help increaste your net operating income (NOI).

Services 1. Residential

JCG locates single family residential properties on a regualr basis.  From time to time, we will offer these cherry picked properties to real estate investors who we have a relationship with, and who have subscribed to our mailing list.

If you are interested in an investment property or, if you are looking for your next home to live in, we can help you get into one without the hassles of bidding against other prospective home owners.

Services 2. Commercial

 

The core of our business is commercial properties.  We are actively seeking five to one hundred unit apartment buildings.  We will buy (or partner) with owners to repurpose or turn around the building(s).  If your apartment building is not running at ninety percent (90%) occupancy or more, you are losing out on valuable income.  With our time tested system, we will raise the net operating income of your buiding within 18-36 months, on average.  

 

As a partner, we will contribute repair costs for an equity position in your apartment.  If you are tired of dealing with property management, we can also take over all responsibilities, and send you a monthly check.  You will never hear from another tenant, attorney, health department or code violation officer again.  We'll take all of your apartment building headaches away.

 

Lastly, once we have helped you turn your apartment buiding around, we can even buy you out, if that is your desire.

 

Services 3. Private Loans

Jones Capital Group will provide private loans to our partners to help out with repairs, bills, back taxes, liens, law suites, etc.  The first step is to call or email us to let us know what problem you are currently experienciing.  

 

If both parties agree, JCG will have our attorneys prepare documents that will help you get access to the funds for your rehab project or other debt repayment that you may be facing.
